First Christmas Present
Yes, I know it's only September, but it's not my fault the stores are already decorating! I had to go to Kohls today because I had $30 in Kohls Cash that was expiring and I couldn't believe they had Christmas music and decorations out already! So even though I think it's ridiculously early, I admit I still walked by and looked at everything. And when I found these, I couldn't resist!

Last year I wanted nothing more than to be gone. I didnt want to face Christmas at home but since we couldnt afford to go anywhere, and the logistics would have been a pain had we been able to, Granny and Pop-Pop came here. On Christmas day, it was one day before the six month anniversary and we went to the beach and threw roses in the ocean to remember him. It was hard.
ReplyDeletePerfect! The holiday season is so hard. It helps to have things that remind you of your sweet babies, though. We got some ornaments for Isaac, and we also bought all of our family members an ornament with his name on it. It helps us to know that he will be remembered in their homes as well. (hugs)
